As tenants lease the SDudio designed Pre-Built Office Suites at 158 West 27th Street, SDudio has been tasked with customizing these suites to accommodate specific tenant's requirements.
When Sequoia, a California based technology driven by Benefits, HR and Insurance service company leased the 9,500 square foot 5th Floor Pre-Built. SDudio worked closely with Sequoia's team to understand their unique work style and then conceptualize design modifications to the existing layout and finishes in response.
Sequoia's emphasis on maintaining an open work environment required the introduction of a variety of acoustical treatments including a sound masking system as well as custom acoustic walls in the conference walls and decorative accent panels in the Huddle Rooms.

Acoustically lined pre-fab Phone Booths were installed to provide privacy oases for the staff.

Custom branded wall graphics are installed throughout reinforcing Sequoia's client promise and company pillars.
