Elevator Lobbies & Restroom

SDudio has collaborated with HKC, 460 Park Avenue's ownership, and JLL Property Management/Leasing  to develop new base building design standards for the Elevator Lobbies and Restrooms for all multi-tenant floors.

Alternate finish palettes and designs were proposed. The selected design solutions exhibit timeless materials and clean lines, and introduce portions of exposed ceilings to optimize ceiling heights that highlight the building's original structural elements.​
